Greetings and Happy Holidays to all. Well it is that time of the year again. Christmas and Hanukkah are here and we are all preparing for that fun festive time. I hope that all readers are well, happy and healthy. Please remember the reason for the season.

All is well here in sunny Myrtle Beach. the temperature is still in the 70's, not a cloud in the sky and we are feeling great. We are preparing for the arrival of the winter snow birds (Winter Rentals). Each year, we have an influx of winter guests that arrive at the beach right after the holidays to take advantage of the weather, great rates, shopping, and empty beaches. What a great time to enjoy what Myrtle Beach as well as the surrounding areas have to offer. If you have not visited our website for our Winter specials, please do so. Stay with us for 90 days and avoid sales tax!

Right now we would like to invite anyone and everyone to participate in our contest "Name our Booe Buddy"! After the first of the year, we plan to name our little buddy and are open to suggestions for names. The winner will receive a $10 gift card to Subway, so please send your entries and ideas to hope@booerealty.net. If you are the winner, lunch will be on us!

I would like to say a word or two about the Myrtle Beach Bike weeks that occur each and every May. We have two bike festivals, the Harley Davidson week and the Atlantic Beach Bike Fest. Contrary to what many of you are hearing out there about the Myrtle Beach locals NOT wanting you to visit...this is NOT true. There are actually quite a large number of us who welcome each of you every year. We look forward to your visit. Myrtle Beach is a fun place to visit throughout the year,especially May. All of us here at Booe Realty and many more locals want you to come to the beach! Are the bike week's loud? Sure, but as long as you are obeying the law while having fun, you are ALWAYS welcome here. I would like to say a word to the real estate investors out there. As you know, times are tough, especially in the real estate market. This leads me to the point regarding Myrtle Beach. There are tremendous deals out there for the taking. Interest rates are low and there are sellers looking for buyers.
